What the form collects
When you request a growth audit, we collect your contact name, business name, email, telephone number, industry and city, together with any optional website or marketing challenge you provide. We also record the submission date, campaign tags, consent choices and lead status. We use this information to review and respond to your request and discuss services you ask about. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or your customers’ information.
Optional marketing messages
The audit form offers a separate, optional marketing-consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default. Choosing not to receive marketing does not affect your audit request. If you opt in, we may send information about Market Force AI services. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying unsubscribe or emailing david@marketforceai.org. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your request.
Where information goes
The free growth audit form stores requests in a dedicated database on Hostinger and sends a notification to david@marketforceai.org. We send a transactional confirmation to the email address you provide. Email delivery may be delayed or fail; the saved request remains available for follow-up. Other website enquiry forms may send requests directly to the business mailbox. Only authorized administrators have access to the database and mailbox. We do not sell your information. Hostinger may process technical information such as IP addresses, access logs and mail delivery records. Provider processing and storage may occur outside Canada.
Cookies and fonts
The audit form uses a necessary session cookie to protect form submissions. To limit abuse, it stores a keyed hash of your IP address in hourly request counters. These security records are separate from the lead details; the rate-limit table does not store your raw IP address. The form also uses a hidden spam trap and server-side validation. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends a request including technical information such as your IP address to Google. On the free growth audit and thank-you pages, Google Analytics loads only if you accept optional analytics. It measures page visits and successful audit requests using cookies and technical device and browser information. Form contents are not sent to Google. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences on either page; this does not affect your audit request. Google may process analytics data outside Canada. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Other pages do not currently use this analytics tag.
Booking a consultation
If you follow our booking link, Google Calendar processes the appointment and contact details you submit under Google’s privacy policy. Booking is optional. We use the booking details to arrange and conduct your consultation.
Retention
Audit requests, consent records and email delivery records remain in the database and business mailbox until removed. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for lead records. Contact us to request removal; applicable recordkeeping obligations, backups and provider retention limits may affect what can be removed immediately.
Access, correction and removal
Email david@marketforceai.org to request access, correction or removal of enquiry information, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable legal obligations and technical backup or provider retention limits may affect removal. Requests remain in the database and mailbox until removed. You can contact us to request removal, correction or withdrawal of optional marketing consent. Transactional audit confirmations do not subscribe you to marketing messages.
